15/8/22: update for new version. 1: the old app showed your daily commute on the start page. Where has it gone? Now you have to select "Live Times", select "Edit", choose the right journey. Can't even see how late a train is until you go to the Journey Details. 2: On the start page I can't change the outbound trip time. 3: In many places the fonts have shrunk so that I can't read them any more. There is so much more that I don't have space to enter. This is such a DOWNGRADE.

Hi David - e-tickets and m-tickets were suspended for a few days while we moved everyone over to the new app. They're now available again.

Try changing the day or time on a ticket and it will suck your patience out of your soul , worst app ever .cleared cache, reinstalled , wasted time to no avail. I am basically giving them the money for nothing.............everytime I get, " oops something went wrong , please try again " I have tried multiple credit cards , my debit card that I originally book with and that same annoying message. Very frustrating.

Very easy plus it remembers you have a Railcard. It gave me a special offer too! It's worth checking often because there are promotions and special offers that are easily missed. I found today, by chance, there was a special offer that saved me ⅓ because of it being Easter holidays. Delighted because the Greater Anglia trains are the best trains. Thank you!
